Manager attitude sucks

I bought a cable from I store fourways mall. It broke last night when I was charging I went to the store today to swap it because it's not even upto 6 months using it. I spoke to one of the sales consultant he went to the office to tell his manager and he came back telling me that the manager said she can't swap for me because it look like it was niglegance Iasked him to call the manager she took 8 min to come to the floor to attend the matter .she came out the office dragging her feet giving me attitude was shocked for such big brand to have a manager who can't even solve customer problem instead she told me to buy another one because thers nothing she can do ? I asked her to give the head office number or someone who is willing to assist. She took 10min to write down the E mail and the number I had to ask someone to call her still she didn't write down the number she only wrote fourways email add ?♀️But I had said head office . Was so disappointed ? with that kind of service and rudeness unprofessional feet dragging manager who can't even solve customer problem. Her name Kayise Ogbain
