Macbook Mayhem

<p>A simple look at a problem Macbook left at store with an external harddrive is returned to my daughter with all data wiped, no data recovered and not even the decency of a telephone call. Do they think we are *****s and/or idiots to just accept this shoddy pathetic service? Nope, we will tell EVERYONE we meet to either move to alternate brands or NEVER to use this store going forward. Be warned folks!</p>
