Lying, dishonest ******s at iStore mall of Africa

My wife bought me a Fuse Chicken iPhone dock on 12/02/2018. It worked wonderfully for 2 days, then it simply stopped. I took it to iStore Mall of Africa, where I was told that the connector point was broken, therefore the warranty was voided. I contested this on the basis that the dock was designed, and advertised, to support the weight of the phone, and if the connector broke it would be due to the weight of the phone. I was referred to the tech manager, who promised to take my case up with the supplier and provide me with feedback. It is now more than 3 months without any feedback. He simply **** to get rid of me, and having paid R500 for that cable, I feel ******.
