Lousy Support from ISTORE Gateway

Altho I had very pleasant responses to my email enquiries from Prianca when I wrote to The Manager, I've since had an awful experience. No one told me that I would need a special charging facility for the phone. The end of the supp**** lightening cable does not fit my Mac.I actually got so little attention ins**** that no one spoke to me, asked me the necessary questions ... I asked whether there was anything nI should know about ... nothing forthcoming. The keep telling me to plug it in to the port. I keep telling me the port does not fit the cable! What do I do!
