Lousy service.

I visited the istore at Cresta Mall in Randburg for a contract upgrade. For more than an hour I’ve been here and their queuing system hasn’t moved at all. I’ve been number 3 for an hour and a half and thought, “why not write a review?”. There are more staff members prancing about than there are customers. No one is communicating anything to anyone. Frustration is not the word.
