Lost a lot of money

The staff lies to you. I lost about R5000 because I was not advised properly. The result still is: I have not gotten my product, and paid R5000 more than in another store. You can't do anything, only you get nonsense answers from the unqualified staff at the Helpdesk. Avoid avoid avoid.
