Long waits and slow feedback

To whom it may concer,

I had a unconfortable exerience when getting my Mac Computer soft ware upgraded.

I handed it in in December, and spent almost 5 days at the store.

Also they lost items off my Portable Hard Drive and also when I went to retrieve my computers cover they could not locate it, via two staff members, I was there for a good 38 mins to 45 mins, eventually they had to re-track the cameras from that day.

And then eventually they came out with it.

I mean how big is their back store area to not be able to locate my material cover.
