Limits at I store

I visited the I store at CLEAR WATER , EARLIER THIS YEAR . <br> In the past I would go there , and they would gladly assist me with a setting on my I phone <br> This time I was told did you make and appointment ? No of course not .<br> I was send to the repairs in the store , the young man Sinle Manyoni , asked me if I bought my phone at this i store ---- No I didn't not ..... well then you have to pay R200.00 , ok , my question was .<br> He called the new manager - Phindile Radebe - and told me she was with the company for 5 years ?<br> I must say this was very uncomfortable ...... to be pep talked !!<br> I only wanted my email settings to work . Which Sinle sorted out for me. After listing to his bad atitude !<br> My husband has a Samsung and everytime we visit Clearwater , the gladly assist him ???
