Lies and rude

I was at the store yesterday for an upgrade via mtn. When doing my upgrade it couldn't be finalized so I was told to come back on 1st Jan 2017 due to system problems. They even told me that at 9 they would b opened bt I got there only to find out they are opening at 11. With no one to help me finalize my upgrade so clearly the agent who help me yesterday **** with a straight face about being help the following day. Even when I told him I'm driving to Johannesburg today. Natasha moodley was the manager who help me and she's the one who told me that I can't be helped but only tomorrow she didn't even attempt to help me to see if all is finalized she was just lazy.
