Layup purchase

I purchased iPhone 15 Pro through lay up and everything paid. Phoned layup and they said I should contact the store, contacted the store was sent from pillar to post representative to representative no one actually willing to help, phoned countless times. It’s the second week haven’t heard anything. I’m at a loss was really looking forward to the phone as I sacrificed a lot. Like wow I’m utterly devastated and disappointed at iStore. Can I please get my money back
