Late on "pre order". Bad service. Useless sales staff.

I have pre ordered a new iPhone. Did not receive it. Paid deposit. There is no possible way to call them and find out *** is wrong. Went to the istore and they had a lame excuse that they cannot check on the system what happened to online orders. Their online chat advisors ignore me. Will never in my life ever pre-order something from myistore again. I would suggest rather go to your nearest Vodacom or MTN store order your phone from there. iStore's service suck
