Lack of service delivery and communication

I have placed an order for the new iPad and some accessories on the 16/06/2024- to date I have not received an estimated time of delivery. Communication via the chat/emails from the store comes back as they are not sure when stock will arrive- The website shows order to be shipped in 6 weeks- this status was the same for more than 8 weeks now. Items can be obtained from around the world in a matter of days but a huge corporation such as apple cannot furfill an order for 2 months now?
