Lack of service and communication

I took out a contract with iStore on 27 August and to date it has not been finalized. I was informed that there is a problem with the upgrade,but surely it cannot be taking 3 weeks to resolve this matter. I have to follow up with head office myself and their feedback is pathetic. iStore is a real disappointment as I expected more from this service provider. Despite my numerous requests to be constantly informed of any progress or lack thereof,I still do not know whether the matter has bend resolved. Terrible service and I would not recommend them to anyone.
