Lack of Back Up For A Top Brand Of The World

Willingness to rectify an on going issue with my Apple Computer is at nil. My computer has been in three times for the same issue. Talk2Us at Istore seems to take a fifth amendment and not make a decision going beyond the store. It is sad to see a top brand being represented on such a poor level. Core Group you need to represent a brand like Apple Better than ignoring your clients situations.
