Kaylan from istore bloemfontein

I went to istore in Bloemfontein earlier today round about 2 o'clock and we were assisted by kaylan sisita. He said we can go do other things and he will call us within hours to come collect our phone ot give us an update if our application is not successful.

At 17:30 we decided to go back to the store as he was quite and we were wondering what is going on, when we got there was extremely cold and rude. He said the system says we must provide a marriage certificate and bank statement that reflects 3 salaries i realised the one i sent doesnt show all 3 salaries, he then said no he checked and he is certain that the bank statements i sent shows all three salaries i asked him to check again and he opened someone elses bank statement and not mine and seemed not interested in us at all i then told him thats not my statement and he just continued as if i was not talking to him bur later showed me my statement which did not reflect three salaries. He just said "oh. I did not check". I got very angry but he did not care he just kept saying there's nothing he can do.

Im really dissapointed with the service he gave us and i really need him to be disciplined because now we have to go back to istore again tomorrow for something we could have received today. Petrol is very expensive and we really cant be going up and down unnecessarily.
