Just poor service!!

I app**** for a contract online on https://www.istore.co.za/ for a Macbook Pro 14" and it took them a week to get back to me, I even resorted to going to the store to find out what is happening but the consultant could only see that a profile has been created for me.

Yesterday I was contacted by Mohau Modiselle about the contract, he asked if I was still interested and I said yes, he then did all he had to do on his end and it was approved and the documentation was sent to me. 1st of all, my name and email address was incorrect on the contract and when asked to fix it I was told that it is something I can do at a later stage, even though I asked for an updated contract before I signed it.

2nd, while I understand that the application is mid-month, and there will be some pro-rata amount which would generally be deducted with the 1st instalment at the end of September, I was told it will be deducted this month, in a few days, along with the activation fee of R204 and then I also had to pay an admin fee of R250, which I complained about and then he said he can wave it. When I asked what the pro-rata amount is, he said he would try to find out and contacted me again saying he can't get the amount unfortunately. It did feel like he was pushing too hard for a sale.

How could you expect someone to sign a contract that has incorrect details, even after I typed all my information in correctly. This is just absolutely horrible!!
