Just bad service

I ordered a phone online and was told it would be delivered 2024/12/18. I call to confirm the time of delivery and I am told that nothing can be done because the consultant handling my online order is off sick I will have to wait till she comes back. I spoke to a Nqobile and Lady and they were not helpful at all terrible service. I want my Phone
