Jade von Solms turned a complaint into a complimen

Jade von Solms of iStore Menlyn phoned me within 30 minutes after I complained on hellopeter.com. She listened patiently to my request for an invoice. She was creative in providing a solution. She kept me informed by phoning and sending e-mails. She assisted me in the shop, even though as manager she could have assigned the task to somebody else. The next time I went to the shop she made me feel welcome by greeting me by name when I entered. This lady is an asset to iStore and her interpersonal skills, attention to a customer, and her ability to analyse a problem and provide a solution should be an example to her collagues and management of iStore SA.
