Itunes are debiting me every month

I look back 18 months on my itunes account and there is nothing I have purchased from them. I am being debited two amounts every month for the entire year. I search itunes account for support on this issue but there is no way to contact anybody about my account being debited. I am now trying every avenue possible to get some one to contact me and to stop the debits and to refund me. Their debits must stop. I could not even discover how to cancel my itunes account, even Googling it gave me instructions that were not correct.
