Istores Trade In service is a sham. waste of time

Poor experience dealing with Istore sandton drive. Booked a trade in appointment, after an estimate of R4500 I proceed to the istore to tarde ina nd purchase a new iphone. I get there after about 10 minutes of waiting for their internet to sort itself out i get presented with an offer R540. I decide not to take the offer but purchase a new phone nevertheless, tell the lady what I'm looking for she says she'll get someone to assist. no one eneded up helping and i decided not to buy a new phone. What a complete waste of my time, the istore has the air about themselves as if theyre doing everyone a big favour. Anyways their products are so overpriced, will just buyh a phone next time i'm overseas
