iStore's Online Shop is a Mess

I usually have a pretty good experience when purchasing directly from iStore. However, I decided to purchase a Macbook from their online shop. The shop stated next day delivery, and this is what made me chose them, as I need a replacement laptop urgently.

The next day, no delivery.

The day after no delivery.

I received no notifications to explain what was happening.

I reached out and contacted them. They explained they were having problems, but I don't think that this gives them an excuse for not reaching out. At the very least, they could inform their customers that their expected deliveries will not be arriving.

I got the feeling that this was just business-as-usual: they state next day delivery on their website, but aren't in any rush once the order has been placed.

Additionally, my home address was entered into the courier system incorrectly. Luckily I spotted it, otherwise the delivery would not have made it.
