Istore woodlands is a ****

My husband got iPhone 13pro max for me as a surprise from istore woodlands on 26th of March 2022, unfortunately the phone is not taking a proper pictures as expected, I went to complain to them on the 29th of March but they told me dt is d settings, they did the settings and yet the problem continues, I went back to them April and they collected the phone that they will send it for technical problem, they brought it back with d same problem…. I went there and showed them the quality pictures that my old iPhone(IPhone Xs pro max ) taking expecting dt d new iPhone should do better but unfortunately is taking a worst pictures, I try to let them know dt am not satisfied with the camera’s quality of the phone…. I went there with my husband, they collected the phone since May 3rd without even saying anything about it, they refused to change d phone for me, collected the one they gave me and yet deducting money from my husband account every month without having the phone… my husband told them to change d phone, May be d one they gave me has a factory problem but they said those ones they have in the store are just for demo, meaning dt the demo are better than what they gave me….. what I order vs what I got from them was so bad
