Istore woodlands is a ****

My husband bought me IPhone 13 pro max, from istore woodlands on 26th of March, 2022 as a surprise, when I got the phone I tried to use the camera to take pictures but the pictures are not nice at all as expected… I took the phone to them 28th of March, they said that’s how it should be but one of my friends is using the same phone and her phone is taking a proper pictures which shows dt, that particular phone is the one with problem, I went back to them for exchange, they collected the phone since April till now without getting back to me and they continue to be deducting my husband money without returning the phone to me till today…. The last time my husband went there, they said the demo are always nicer than the original phone they give out, is that not a professional way of *******….. Hellopeter pls act fast on this because it’s getting crazy and they are not ready to change the phone
