Good day

I went to the I Store to assist with the speaker of my Iphone 8 Plus that I bought form Apple.

The lady who assisted started pressing the speaker with Prestik and broke the screen. She and the two people working with her immediately said eish. She said she do not understand they usually clean the speaker this way

She went to her manager to inform him. She then took my phone and said se will send it the repair shop. Repair Number WL46951 on 25/5/24

A week later she phoned me to inform me that the screen was not the original screen. I have never ever replaced the screen as I told her the day she broke it.

Since then, the manager phoned me and said they cannot help me, it was not the original screen.

1. I did not break the screen. It was in perfect condition. I Store broke the screen. 2. I have never replaced the screen. This means that the phone sold to me, was sold to me with a replacement screen without my knowledge.

The phone is still with I Store and as I told the manager, I do not care who and how they are going to replace the screen, they are responsible.

I need my phone back in one piece.

Please get this resolved.
