iStore Waterfront Stole my Money!

On the 4th of July We bought a Apple Mac Studio, as well as a Apple Wireless keyboard from the iSore in the Waterfront, later the day we decided that we would like to return the wireless keyboard, I was told that we need to provide them with a proof of bank account so that they can EFT the money into our account, which is what we did, on the 12th of July I have not received any refund nor any replies to my emails. on the 15th of July the store manager finally rep**** saying that they need to see a bank statement to show that the purchase was made using our bank account. First of all this is not a requirement anywhere else where I have ever done returns, secondly It is common knowledge that a Bank Statement is only issued at the end of each month. It is now the 26th of July and I have still not received my refund.
