Istore (Warmer Heights, Port Elizabeth)

The Istore (Warmer Heights, Port Elizabeth) told me that my iPhone 8 battery could not be replaced, so I would have to replace the phone. They even provided me with a letter to this effect. I replaced the battery for R350 @ a normal cell shop, and the phone has been working perfectly fine, 2 years down the line.
