iStore Walmer Park Bad experience

I have a Apple Watch that I love I think that apple is the best. So it was time to upgrade and I went to istore Walmer Park Port Elizabeth .What a disappointment Came there and was after a long wait helped by one of the sales people . Exciting news you get R 4500 trade in for your old watch when you buy the apple 6 watch. Great I said I will take two , I will trade my wife’s watch as well.The sales person went to check to see if there where stock and came back with good and bad news.They have stock but I must have a appointment to do the transaction.Dissatisfied I made the appointment for the following Tuesday. On Tuesday excited I took my wife to get her new Apple Watch.On arrival at 1pm on time for the appointment I was told that the old watch must be assessed and they had a look at the watches.Bad news was now that he said that he can only give me R3500 per watch but I must bring my original straps back .Dissatisfied but still willing to upgrade I rushed back home and presented watch original straps and apple iphone .With the idea that we have to pay in more we selected the watches we want. The salesmen called me and told me after 20 min and gave me the shocking news that he is not going to assesses my watch as he will only give me R250 for my watch as there are scratches on my screen .I told him that I was told to bring my old watch in not a new one .Discussed with him I asked to speed to the manager.A lady appeared, I told her the story and they are miss leading there customers. They should tell them the full story from the beginning.Bring back your old unused watch in the original packing with original straps and charger then you can get R4500 TRADE IN . The manager told me that she will talk to the team on the next meeting.She then just looked at me with no further explanation.in disbelieve of this we left without upgrading I love apple products but did not think that a good product could be so badly miss represented.if they told me this the first day I would have paid the R8000 for the new watch . So now I still want to upgrade but I just have a bitter taste in my mouth feeling that I was taken for a fool and my time was wasted
