Istore uses icare as a ****. Advertised as free 2 year cover but this is not the case. Second phone that this is the issue - last one required "activation" which was impossible. This time advertised as two year cover but is one year cover when checking devices, and not details supp**** in emailed warranty. You're better buying at other outlets that are easier to deal with and with decent customer service.
