iStore upgrade application is the WORST you can experience

The online upgrade service from iStore is literally the worst you can get. I tried doing an upgrade online. They say there's a 72 hour turnaround time. When I call them a day or two later, after a considerable wait on the phone, they say the order hasn't been processed yet and to add fuel to that fire, the lady says they should have mentioned that the 72 hour turnaround time refers to working hours - THAT ADDS UP TO NINE WHOLE DAYS!!!!! NINE DAYS to process a SIMPLE upgrade! Pathetic!!!
