ISTORE TV ADD

I have send previews of emails to Istore regarding the add on TV and there web site they had advertised you van swop your Iphone for a new Iphone but now where is there standing that your contract need to be finished. I have contacted the istore and write emails lots to them but my problem was never solved they had everytime the same excuse email is *** I have also asked to be directed to the manager because i would like to know why do advertised like that and when you want to change iphone the came with lots of excuses I believe in that they must say the terms and conditions but it was never said on TV. I have been battling since March 2021 and till today not yet received any answer's or my problem was never solved!
