iStore - *******, ****s , total *******

Ive purchased an apple iwatch series 2 from the iStore, subsequently my watch screen has broken. I was told to bring it in to the closest istore (from me is ridiculously far and costly) for a quote on a replacement as iStore do not fix broken iwatch screens. Fair enough, upon getting there , i was told to pay a fee to get the watch sent to the repair department, and then they will assess it and provide me with a quote.

Ive received a quote for repair totalling R5612.21 for my iwatch series 2 42mm, a BRAND NEW IN THE BOX WITH STRAPS AND A CHARGER iwatch series 2 42mm at the istore today, is R4999. Unbelievable!!!
