IStore The Glen. Eye Sore.
Dear iStore the Glen mall. Kamogelo, Thandi and other sales persons i interacted with thank you for ****ming me . I walk into the istore on 22/ 03/2026 with my son for the one contract for two devices Vodacom flexi 170 for R999. The first sales person told me it was R170 for each device and an extra R90 for one device. I said i wanted to sign up for that. Somehow my chosen plan was changed during application not being made aware to a R245 airtime instead of R170 airtime i said i wanted on special. I was taken from one sales person to another, papers given to me to sign with no explanation and no question as to whether i was fine with R245 or R170 that was on special. In fact they inflated the R170 to R245 and in the process of being assisted by more than one person even managers for hours i was exhausted. I was asked to sign on a device with my finger which was not working properly. The devices were not released on the same day as i was missing one payslip and had to come back the following day with a 6months bank statement. And then i got the devices. Now i return to the istore on 05/04/2026 same branch. I was told i signed for it and i should go to Vodacom shop and ask for my invoice or statement. Came back with the documents. Vodacom statement reflected i signed for R245 contract. The lady who authorized the purchase Kamogelo apologized for her mistake and i asked her if she is gonna pay the monthly differences and she kept quiet. She called Thandi. They both apologized and reassured they will escalate the matter to their high offices, they will give me a call in two day as there is a public holiday. Lufuno, Kamogelo, Thandi. You ladies and other colleagues of yours ****med me.
