iStore Terrible support with missing parcels

My parcel got lost between courier hubs. This is now more than a week that they are "investigating"... IF I don't contact them, they don't contact me.... On Monday I was told that a new item will be sent.... Today (Thursday) I am told that they are still waiting for the investigation.... What the heck.... They already have my money, so they don't care about the rest. Will never shop online with them again.
