Istore terrible sales consultant

I recently took a contract on my first iPhone. They explained that for me to get assisted they needed to take my details and which service provider I prefer and they will call me in two hours for the next available consulted. After two hour of me roaming the mall I get a call that a consultant is available. She thn tells me that she works for a different service provider thn what I was looking for and for me to get the service provider I initially wanted I need to wait in line for another two hours until the next available consultant. I'm already agitated I tell her we can proceed. The girl doesn't disclose any information about the products they have but tells me that there is only a deal of 899, but doesn't inform me what it intails. I ask her she just tells me about the minutes I read the contract and inform her that I only want to pay the 899 and no additional costs she tells me that it's fine I can tick on the closed contract or whatever they call it. I also emailed her to confirm that I will not be incurring any additional costs as I only budgeted the monthly fee of 899. To my suprise my account was deducted 899 and 1300 in a period of 15 days. When I call the service provider they tell me I should have called them to stop any additional fees. What is that!!!

I specifically informed her verbally and on email that I wish not incur additional charges at any costs now this? There has been some misrepresentation and bad service all around. I feel played and ******!! These people don't care as long as they make a sale.
