iStore Telkom contracts more expensive than direct with Telkom

Why are iStore Telkom contracts more than the exact same package as provided directly with Telkom? Example their Telkom Free me 3Gb with iPhone 12 Mini 128Gb is R949 and at Telkom, same phone and contract is R799.

And after we’ve upgraded, we tried to query with the store we upgraded at and they cannot explain the difference.

Now we are stuck paying R150 more per month than necessary.
