iStore Technical support is pathetic

In April 2016 I bought an iPad Air 2 with a Moshi Versa Keyboard from iStore online.

On 11 February 2017 iStore in Somertset Mall told me they can't take in the Moshi Versa Keyboard because it is not on their system. I should contact iStore online for further assistance.

On 15 February 2017 I sent an email ********** to ask iStore to pick up my Moshi Versa Keyboard for iPad Air 2 because it hasn't been a year yet, and the cover has cracked and the power button broke off. They sent me an email, telling me they will organize someone to pick up the product from me. In the email I told them to organize a time I will be home to pick up the product (preferably via email).

On 20 February 2017 the courier was here, waiting outside for 30 minutes without me even knowing. RTT head office called me to ask me if I still needed the product picked up because the courier was here but no one came out to give the courier the product. I organized that he can pick it up through out the day.

Since then I have heard nothing from any istore / core group or anyone about the product. I have not received a repair number for the product.

On 27 February 2017 I started to email ********** to find out how far along the product is. Natasja Badenhorst asked me for the repair number. I rep**** that I didn't get any repair number. Chantal Steyn rep**** that they are following it up and will notify me as soon as possible. I rep**** to that email with the courier attachment and the serial number of the Moshi product, to make it easier to find the product.

On 2 March 2017 I emailed ********** again to find out where the product is with ALL the details. Explaining that this is a time sensitive thing, because I use the keyboard every day. Its part of my work. So Natasja Badenhorst rep****, asking me where I booked in the unit for repairs because they are unable to track the unit displayed on the document. Told her I booked it online (because it was an online purchase), and no reply since.

On 3 March 2017 I emailed ********** again, with details from the couriers tracking service, telling me it is at the Core group. That day they did find the product and moved it to the right warehouse for inspection.

On 6 March 2017 I get an email from iStore telling me I received a gift card (basically a refund), because they don't stock the product anymore. I searched iStore for a replacement product, but iStore doesn;t stock keyboard covers for the iPad Air 2 anymore. Takealot has a replacement for R600 more.

So I contacted ********** on 6 March 2017, 7 March 2017, 8 March 2017 and 9 March 2017, telling them to transfer the gift cards funds into my bank account, so I can buy a replacement. It's 16:21 on 9 March 2017 now, almost the end of another business day and still no responce from iStore.
