iStore - taking the term "waiting-list" back to the 80's!!

I joined the waiting list for the iPhone 12 pro max at the Menlyn branch. Expecting that they would follow the normal procedure when it comes to a waiting list.... Except for istore! They believe that a waiting list is to make their customers Wait and not assist them with the purchase of the item that they are waiting for!!??! They decided to rather do a "first come, first service" option over the launch weekend!! It is totally unacceptable in these times that a company that prides themselves of being "technological advanced" be so backwards and non-client orientated! Disgusting
