iStore support

I took my laptop in because of a faulty keyboard, I was told this will be replaced as part of a recall. When I got to the iStore Sandton City they could not confirm that my laptop would be covered under the recall. The technician told me they would possibly keep my laptop for 14 days. This is my work laptop. This service is unacceptable, I will not buy my next MacBook at an iStore. You shouldn't either.
