iStore staff Woodlands PTA ***********, non chalant and unprofessional

TELKOM cannot insure a device taken on their contract with iStore: PATHETIC I got an iPhone contract with Telkom, thorugh iStore in Woodlands on 29 may 2020. Ever since 29th am battling to insiure the device. Telkom says they cannot insure it as it an iStore product. I wrote several emails to info@finrite and to complaints but no response. The deadline of insure within 7 days is ending and I am still stuck!! THIS IS BAD SERVICE. SO TELKOM ALLOWS US TO GET CONTRACT AT ISTORE BUT CANNOT INSURE IT! WOW

THE iStore staff at Woodlands id unprfessional and seem clueless abouit Telkom products. They did not explain anything about the contract, not even ask me which packgage and told me of activation fee of R250 at the very end when i signed docs!!!
