iStore Staff Terrible! Horrible Service!!!

It has been two weeks and I have not been helped. I first spoke to a male from Clearwarter iStore and he was no help. I have now been chatting with Keabetswe Ramarumo via mail and its as if she does not want to help me. Its as if she is purchasing the phone me. Really bad service I am not impressed at all. Online purchases are supposed to ensure convenience, you guys are missing it. You have *********** staff that clearly have zero interest in their jobs
