Istore South Africa ****ty company!!!

I’m writing this email with a heavy heart, I have never felt cheated on like what istore South Africa has done to me. I bought my iPhone 13 Pro Max on the 7th March 2022. I was told my phone has an icare cover for 1 year that covers for physical damages. Istore 1 failed to send me my invoice via email with my T&C’s. I only got my invoice but no the T&Cs given that I spent R28000 in store cash to purchase my device. My phone back screen cracked & when I went to get it fix since I still under warranty & I have my 1 year Icare! I was rudely told that Icare doesn’t cover the back cover! Let alone my phone back cracked while it had a back cover which I bought for a R1000 @ istore on the 7th of March so it can protect my phone. Here I am using a broken phone while I paid close to a R30000 at istore. Where is the fairness out of this.!!!!! Istore has always been giving **** service surely because they feel like they have no competition! I’m beyond being disappointed!
