Istore South Africa sells faulty products

Wow! I was ********** by Istore Fourways mall. They sold me a defective iphone and now the phone is stuck on restore mode, cannot install software updates because of a “COMPONENT FAILURE” which they know about! Their solution- buy a new one! So now I’m stuck with a phone that doesn’t work. They say the issue showed up after the “warranty period” and so it’s not their problem. They know of the issue but since they got their money so ***** me. IPhones are unreliable and *********** and it will cost you! Explore the other brands, Apple products overrated and do not have longevity. Worst experience I’ve ever had with any phone and it was my first apple phone.
