iStore South Africa - Black Friday is a ****

So I went in to the store yesterday, after speaking with the online team regarding the iPhone promotion. The teller took her time to acknowledge me and even longer to get the phone. Rings it up and swipes my card, I look at the slip a bit later and noticed I was charged at full cost so I went back to inquire. She was not impressed and told me that its an online only promotion, after telling her that its promoted in store she says I must wait in the queue. Then the manager comes, first he scrolls through his WhatsApps and tells me Black Friday ended at 3, whilst other shoppers are still buying at Black Friday costs next to me, then he looks in the pamphlet and tells me, oh its only available to the first 200 customers. When I ask him why this was not communicated anywhere his response is "Oh well, I don't know". Absolutely disgusting service, took forever to help a person and then appalling service afterwards. Definitely avoid this store. So, I am still wondering. Which one is it, online only, it ended at 3, or first 200 customers?
