We wanted to buy an ipad 13 inch at brooklyn istore . Experienced the most **** service we have ever experienced . The staff passed us over from person to person and not a single person helped us . We asked for the ipad Wifi only - and after an hour of waiting having no feedback a gentleman brought out the ipad and it was the wrong ipad . They brought out the wrong ipad after **** service , waiting so long . We wanted this to be a good experience its a huge purchase and i am so so so upset , i will never buy at Brooklyn istore again , i dont even know what to do now.
