iStore Sandton drive wont replace new faulty Macbook Pro

Warning: if you purchase a faulty Macbook at the iStore on Sandton Drive you are out of luck. I have purchased a new macbook pro there for an employee, the thing started giving issues we then took it in, they of course had to send it to repairs to get checked out, this took forever where this employee was without his laptop. Now the macbook is even worse since it came back and they dont want to give us a new one. My company has bought a ton of macbooks there amongst other things and they have lost us as a customer for sure. It is an expensive machine and now we are stuck with a faulty one we bought brand new from them, that they want to send in to repairs again and once again this will have an effect on my business. They are *****!
