iStore Sandton Drive " USELESS"

I have been waiting for 2 weeks for my router. They keep on promising to call me and get my router but nothing happens. I have left multiple requests for Call back from iStore Sandton Drive. I have sent ********** multiple emails asking where my router is and no response!!!!

iStore Sandton is really Useless.
