Istore Sandton Drive - Appalling Service

Appalling service at IStore Sandton Drive - took my Mac Book Pro 15 Inch to get the Keyboard and Screen replaced (all under an apple recall) just to be told the service department was closed and i would have to come back. I had to argue with the manager that it was 15h30 and the store closes at 16h00, why would the service department be closed? He then said i needed to make an appointment but that same service department who i spoke to three days before said i could bring the machine in anytime and they would book it in. Only after insisting that they book the machine in was i helped. The arrogance of Istore Sandton Drive - they sell you a product for R 50,000 and when it breaks due to a defect of the product which Apple admits too then they make it difficult for you to get the product repaired under their own recall programme. I am so over Apple!!!
