Istore Sandton City

I recently bought a laptop from Istore Sandton City. They definitely have the gift of the gab, but no one tells you the truth about the M1 Chip that is in the brand new out the box laptop. We had it for a week and when you download a app on istore, the computer shuts you out. This happened on numerous occasions, we went back to Sandton City.. the apparently reloaded the software and low and behold, the problem persists. Their policy is, if you want a refund, they charge 20% handling fee which is deducted from what I paid. They rip you off, don’t try and help you at all… Istore Sandton City I will never buy another ****py Apple product again in my life and I will let everyone know who thinks about buying Apple.. don’t waste your money… go Samsung
