iStore Sandton City

We reached the iStore in Sandton City at 11:00 in the morning for the second time . They refused to do trade-ins, contracts and cash payments. They said the consultant will call us while we wait. When coming back to the store at 14:00 after not receiving a call, the consultant did not process the contract details and provided us false details about needing a review and reducing credit and not processing the second contract, which his colleague who was not willing to help, and delayed the process with excuses. This happened over more than 2 days: 7 hours each. They were also very rude and demeaning. After hitting so many deadends, we left on the same night to the iStore at Mall of Africa who assisted us in an hour and a half. For future we won't be returning as costumers nor. Will we be recommending the iStore at Sandton City.
