Istore sandton city

Good day,

I recently upgraded my wife contract at vodacom east rand mall to a iphone X 256gb,and have been uaing the phone now for almost a week. I have had a UAG protective cover on the phone since the day I took it out of the box. My daughter accidently bumped my phone off the pdistal "where it was being. Charged" and fell about 30cm if I calculate on the carpet,and the back glass cracked.

I went to the apple Istore in sandton city this morning 10/03/2018 at around 9:00 this morning and spoke to the service consultant there at the istore and he adviced me "take the phone back to vodacom as the Istore is exactly like vodacom,just a re-seller in S.A that specializes in apple" his exact words. I said to him that the phone was in a cover and dropped on the carpet and the glass was not suppose to crack and he rep**** by saying "the only thing I can do is quote u to repair,but for your account".I then said to him I am not happy with the glass cracking in cover and want to take this matter further and want his name......he the refused to give me his name and called the supervisor.......the supervisor was busy and kept on telling me he has to do this,that and the following,when I later told the advisor I initially spoke to and told him I am leaving.

I need am extremely upset about the answers I was given by the istore consultant as well as the after service.
